There are many different types of codes that can be used to make a website. The simplest is probably regular html code, but unless you have some experience with it, it is probably not going to be considered 'simple' to do on your own.
There are also dhtml, javascript, css, php, asp, and others you can use to build webpages. Depending on the features you want to implement into the site will determine which code(s) you will want, or need to use, to get the pages to do what you want them to do when someone pays a visit at the website.
There are many programs out there today that can build websites for you without knowing any codes yourself, or there are web hosting sites that offer easy to implement web building features you can use. There are also many web building companies that can make a website for you too.
This site is not the place to find all the answers you will need to be able to build you own website though. Do some searching for site building programs or website building companies is probably your best bet.
