One easy way is to use erasable highlighter. Draw your design with the highlighter, then erase it. It will still fluoresce under UV light. Leave it in for an hour. Squeezing it will definitely help. It won't really be glow in the dark unless it's a glow in the dark highlighter, but it will fluoresce under a blacklight
