At Harvard, we don't go by the traditional credit hour system--instead we have half and full credits. One must have 32 half credits to graduate, i.e. 4 classes a semester, as each class is usually a half credit. As to the tuition fees, I believe "15 credit hours" would fall halfway between taking 3 or 4 courses a semester (closer to four), and so I assume it would be half the school year's tuition: $25,000. This could depend on what type of degree you have. What did you major in? Also is your degree a 2 year? 4 year? Graduate degree? You could be a teacher with just a 4 year degree. Public relations is a 4 year degree job. Again, it depends on your degree and what experience you have.
At that rate, since it takes 4 years on average to earn a Bachelor's degree, it would cost you $30,666 x 4 = $122,664
The 2013-2014 cost of attending Harvard College without financial aid is $60,000 for tuition, room, board and fees combined. So, assuming minor inflation, that's about a quarter of a million dollars for a 4 year education at Harvard. However, most students at Harvard have grants or scholarships reducing the full cost.
