That's a tough question to answer. The first thing you need to do is write out an ENTIRE menu and figure what equipment you would need, how much food you expect to make at once, and figure out your budget. It's impossible to shop for commercial restaurant equipment and supplies without first making a general list of items that you need.
If you're looking for used equipment in your area, then I suggest using Craigslist.
