Kinda depends on where you are, and what you're making. No country manufacturing the AK pattern rifles or clones of it spend more than $250/unit to manufacture them (so when you spend $1000+ on one of these 'Bulgarian' Arsenal rifles, don't be under the impression you're getting a bargain). In rural areas of Pakistan, they're manufacturing copies of the Tokarev pistol, and selling them for about $50 USD or so. Then, there are zip guns, which you can manufacture out of scrap material you could scrounge and pay nothing for.
Not easy. You can buy one for what it would cost to try this.
Cost prohibitive
No way to answer. Depends on the make, model, and condition.

There are several manufacturers who make or have made firearms in that calibre, and cost varies greatly.

Gun range rental fees in the United States of America generally cost between five and twenty dollars. The caliber of the gun greatly influences the cost of rental.
It cost 10,800,000
We need to know which gun. Prices vary.
Impossible to answer- there is more than one Beretta gun.
Cost will change depending on how much work is done, or how much of the gun is painted. Typical cost of a simple 2 color fade over a full gun is around $250-300
