Well since you didn't give us a year for the Jeep, I'll have to wing it. If you plan to do the work yourself then all you face is the cost of the part. If you plan to take it to the dealer, then plan on paying with your first born. Most fuel filters are on the outside of the tank about a foot from the tank towards the front from the tank. The part normally runs for about $10 bucks and replacing it is a walk in the park. Also the filter has 2 hoses running into it and they both need to be clamped to prevent fuel from leaking out on you. Hemostats work really well for this.
