In theory, any male Catholic could be elected pope. In practice, the pope is usually elected among cardinals (which are the ones who elect the pope). The usual way would be to study to be a priest; some of those priests will eventually become cardinals, and any new pope is most likely chosen among the cardinals.

In theory, any male adult Catholic can be elected pope. He need not even be a priest. The pope is elected by the cardinals. In practice, the pope is usually elected among the cardinals. So, assuming you are aspiring to be a pope, you would try to ascend the church hierarchy, one step at a time.

Any male Catholic could be chosen to be pope although in the last several hundred years the pope has always been chosen from among the College of Cardinals. If a lay person (or non-bishop clergy member) is chosen, he must be consecrated as a bishop before he can begin his reign.

The Pope must be a male Catholic. No other qualifications are spelled out in Canon Law. Even a layman could be elected Pope but would immediately need to be consecrated as a bishop before being consecrated as Pope. So as a practical matter the Pope must be a male Catholic who is a Bishop.

You have to be a senior cardinal in the vatican to stand a slight chance.
You need to be a male member of the Roman Catholic Church and elected by the College of Cardinals.
Any baptized male Catholic can be elected Pope. Although the chances of a non-cardinal being elected is very small. If the person elected is not yet a bishop, then he is ordained a bishop before accepting the office of the Papacy.

The job requirements of being a Pope are few and far between. If one is a Catholic and a male he can become the Pope. There are no formal job requirements but these two. Most Popes have been a Cardinal, over 50, and speak at least three languages.

Canon Law only states that the man elected must be a Catholic male. In practice, however, only cardinals have been elected. It has been hundreds of years since a non-cardinal was elected as pope.

there are no qualifications, the conclave may select anybody they deem fit to be pope, but it is not based on qualification or position in the church.

Infallibility only comes into play when a pope is teaching faith and morals and the pope would so declare it as such. Informal Twitter tweets would probably not meet this criteria unless the Pope would tweet some matter of doctrine, which is unlikely.
