I wondered the same and contacted the company who distributes it, Biomax Health Products, Inc. Apparently, at this time, the only way to obtain the product is directly through Biomax. The customer service rep said that Biomax does make Penetrex available through many different retailers and methods online including eBay, Paypal and Amazon. I purchase my supply jar through Amazon, pay no shipping and receive it 2 days. And by the way, this product is unbelievable!
