When you highlight an area, and right-click to "Cut" it removes not only the text in those areas, but any formatting etc. When used, for example, in Microsoft Word, it will remove any font size, spacing, color etc. attributes from the highlighted area. In Excel, it will actually remove the cells and their formatting. Hope this helps!

It is just like in any other document.Find the starting point (e.g. beginning of the email), and press left mouse button. While pressing the left mouse button, move the mouse to where you want to end copying (e.g. end of the email). The texts in between now should be highlighted.
