If you are on Google Chrome you can change the new tab default page by installing the free app at the Chrome app store called New Tab Redirect. Hope this helped.
You can easily set the default webpage in Chrome. It can be easily set by going to the settings tab and then setting the homepage.
You can clear the webs of your Google Chrome in History tab. This tab is present in the menu icon of the Chrome.
Google Chrome comes default in English Language. It can be changed to English in the Settings bar.

You could sync Google accounts to Chrome. This can be done by the people's tab in the Settings.
Defaulting Google Chrome means that Chrome will become your default web browser. If you had a link to open an internet connection it would open instead of Safari or Internet explorer, whichever you may have had.

You can always change your homepage from Chrome settings. Set it to Google as the default page on Chrome.
On Google Chrome to change the default search engine if changed since it's supposed to be on google by default you will have to go to: Click the Tools icon at the far right of the browser window. Select Internet options. In the General tab, find the Search section and click Settings. Select Google. Click Set as default and click Close.
Untitled in Chrome is an empty tab that comes as homepage. It can be there when no webpage is loaded.
