The descendants of Arab muslims are other Arabs, who may or may not grow up to become Muslims themselves. If you mean: what is their ethnicity, the answer is that many of them are of Semitic origin (just like the Jewish people, by the way) although over time in history many tribes with other ethnic origins came in to settle on the Arabic peninsula.
