Great question. First one must know what is a sex offender. Then it must be exact opposite right.

A Sex Offender is any person of any age, sex, religion, or political party that for any reason has been convicted of any sex related crime; felony or a misdemeanor. These crimes do include rape they also include the following depending on where one lives; urinating in public; streaking; prostitution; oral sex; sex outside marriage; sex between consenting teenage; homosexual acts; anal sex; bestiality (even not involving animals); indecent exposure; self posting ones picture on the internet if one is seventeen years of age; etcetera, the list is endless.

This question is difficult to answer with a short catch-phrase due to differences in state laws. Typically, one would think of adult consensual sex as the opposite; however, there are circumstances, some listed by the first answerer, under which an act of adult consensual sex may be considered a criminal offense. Consensual sex in a public place may be one of the more common examples.

The US Supreme Court decision in Lawrence v. Texas,(2003) found a Texas state law used to prosecute an adult homosexual couple consensually engaged in sodomy in the privacy of one's apartment unconstitutional under the theory of substantive due process. Substantive due process is inferred from several Amendments in the Bill of Rights, applied to the states via the Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Clause, and is used to protect liberty interests not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution, such as the right to privacy.

Private sexual activities between consenting adults that don't result in physical or psychological harm to a participant or other individual are rarely prosecuted as crimes. I don't know of an all-encompassing term that addresses your question, however.
