KPO- Knowledge process outsourcing(Mainly the works in which some study or research is needed)

How do you get job in knowledge process outsourcing?
There are many ways to get a job in the KPO industry. There are a lot of companies who offers these services and for sure, one who is willing and has the right credentials, can. To get into the KPO industry, a person needs to be an expert in certain fields. (e.g. marketing and research, writing, information technology) This industry isn't as big as BPO but it's growing slowly but surely. There are a lot of companies who outsources or offshore these KPO jobs mainly in Asia. The Philippines is one of the biggest KPO service provider.

Does work experience of KPO count?
Yes getting an experience in kpo sector would obviously count ......since its bascially domain based it is not like a bpo or a call center job............but make sure .......dont change your carrier goals......if u want to enter in a finance sector kpo will surely help you.........get min 2 years work exp and then see your market value........but make sure you have good qualifications besides that.....cheers..........

What is difference between in bound and out bounds in BPO?
An outbound bpo is one in which bpo agents make outbound calls to customers on behalf of a business or client. Calls made from the center can include telemarketing, sales or fund-raising calls, as well as calls for contact list updating, surveys or verification services. An inbound bpo is one that exclusively or predominately handles inbound calls (calls initiated by the customer) rather than outbound calls. A bpo may handle either only inbound or outbound calls or might deal with a combination of the two.
