Answer 1

No! You don't have to be a Muslim to be a terrorist. You just have to be crazy enough to want to force your views on others. Terrorists use different reasons to justify their actions. It could be religious, cultural, Political or just psycho.

Answer 2

The two are very distinct terms.

Muslim: A person who practices the religion of Islam. The religion entails, for the pious worshiper, praying five times a day; observation of holidays like Ramadan, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Awwal Muharram; a pilgrimage to the holy site of the Kaaba in Mecca once in one's life; and, most importantly, proclaiming the Unity of God. Unfortunately, not all Muslims practice their religion as perfectly as one would like, resulting in Muslims who do not follow all of the tenets of Islam. A small minority of these individuals use their apparent faith as a cloak for whatever misdeeds they wish to perform for whatever injustices they believe they have suffered.

Terrorist: A person who uses a violent act to instill fear in a civilian population, usually to achieve a political goal.

Certainly Muslims can be terrorists, since all Muslims are people. On the same token, Jews, Christians, Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, and all other types of people can be terrorists as well for the same reason. However, not all terrorists are Muslims and an incredibly small percentage of Muslims are terrorists. The problem is that fear spreads quite quickly and a vocal minority can usually out-speak a substantial moderate majority.

Answer 1

Some Muslims are terrorist. they are mostly wahhabi sunni Muslims. wahhabism beliefs consider any non wahhabi human as an infidel that should be killed. Taliban, Alqaede, Sipah Sahabe, Al-Nusrah, Bin Laden are Wahhabi Sunni Muslims. Muslim is anyone who tells Shahadatain and terrorist does not have an standard definition. there are many Muslims who are victims of terrorism specially Shia Muslims. but terrorist does not have the same definition and each terrorist group consider its enemy as terrorist. for example people of Iraq and Afghanistan consider the Americans who occupied their country and killed their relatives as terrorists and Palestinians consider Israeli people as terrorists because they have killed many of Palestinian children and women and men. and also western media specially Fox News consider Muslims (without clearing their sect) as terrorists.

Answer 2

Although I am not Wahhabi Sunni Muslims, but it is strictly forbidden per Islam teachings to attack or kill or force a non Muslim or non Wahhabi to be Muslim or Wahhabi.

The other point, Islam is a God religion as Christianity and Judaism while terrorism is an acceptable action against innocent people and this action applies by people from any religion or faith. Islam is a major religion that has millions of adherents. A small number of them are "fundamentalists" which are members of a religion who think everything in the original religion when it was founded is still literally true. They have not updated their thinking into this century and still want everyone to act the way they did in the Seventh century AD. They tend to be very intolerant of others' views and will often condemn, fight, and kill those who don't agree with their interpretation of Islam.

Other religions have their fundamentalists too. Christian Fundamentalists believe what The Bible says actually happened (like the earth being created in 7 days) and reject scientific evidence to the contrary. They tend to be as intolerant of other views as Muslim fundamentalists.

Muslim means "one who gives himself to God"

Moslem means "one who is evil and unjust"

It's your decision of which one to use. Don't let anyone tell you which one to use or not to use. Like I said, it's your choice.
