Even though they look similar, they have very few parts that will swap without modifing, except drivetrain. The 67 and 68 have alot more swapable parts , doors not being one of them. they are very similar, only small changes like the grill, guages, tail lights and slight body alterations were made

I doubt it very much, you can try it but I don't think it will work. you can use a rear spoiler off a 1967 or 1968 camaro the 1969 camaro spoiler wont fit . 67,68 fits perfect on the 1969 to 1973 novas and looks awsome
