What is the difference between a 1972 Pontiac 350 160hp and a 1968 Pontiac 350 320hp. What would I need to change in the 1972 to make it the same as the 1968?

Better heads along with a different intake and carb. Bigger exhaust. A different camshaft. You would be the better off going to a 400ci.
