The CP33 is strictly a stage piano. It has more bells & whistles and better connectivity to other audio components, but lacks built-in speakers. The P140 has built-in speakers but less convenient outputs (e.g., fixed-level RCA outs instead of variable 1/4" outs). Bottom line: CP33 is better for professional gigs, while P140 is better for the home hobbyist who is looking for an acoustic piano substitute with the form factor of a stage piano (i.e., without the bulk of a Clavinova).
