There is no difference. The christian faith is made up of Catholics, Presbyterians Methodists, Baptists, etc. Non Catholics in the Christian faith are call Protestants.

The Christian faith is a faith in Jesus Christ and His life, death and resurrection. Faith in Christ righteousness instead of our own good deeds for the salvation of the soul. A salvation from an eternal existence of the soul away from God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.

Those inside or outside the Catholic Church or the Protestant Church who are putting their trust and faith in their own good works rather than Christ's righteous life will spend eternity away from God the Father in an awful place.

What is the difference between iglesia and Catholic?

None. The Catholic church is a Christian church. It is correct to call the Catholic Church a Christian church, because all churches that call Christ their deity are in fact Christian. However, not all Christians are Catholic, though all Catholics are Christian. There are many Christian sects that many people refer to as "Christian" when the proper term would be "Protestant." Catholics and Protestants are Christian. Therefore, while Lutherans, Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, etc, are correctly identified as Christian, they are not Catholic.

The Catholic Church is the oldest single Christian denomination, founded when Jesus told Peter "Though art the rock, and upon thee I will build me church". The Fourth Watch is a latter day Pentecostal church. The difference between them is almost impossible to describe, but to give you an idea: Think of the Catholic Church as ballroom dancing. Think of the Fourth Watch as disco dancing. I am at a loss to explain the difference any better than that.

Roman Catholic AnswerThere is a big difference between worshipping God in a Catholic Church and worshipping Him in any other Christian ecclesial community. In the Catholic Church we worship God as He specified we should, and not how we want. As it is the worship that God, Himself, has requested, it is the "safest" worship around.
