Homologous chromosomes is a pair made of a paternal and maternal chromosomes. But sister chromatid is either pairs of paternal or maternal chromosomes
Homologous pair is pair of chromosome, one from each parent. So for instance, Chromosome 1 has a pair of homologous chromosomes. So when cell divides, and the replication occurs. Those homologous pairs replicates as well.
Homologs are chromosomes (chromosomes are two chromatids joined by a centromere). in diploid cells, there are pairs of homologs called homologous chromosomes--two chromosomes that are essentially the same. when they pair, the chromatids that look the same are called sister chromatids. hope this helps.
One homologous chromosome comes from the father, and the other comes from the mother. Sister chromatids are identical copies of each other.
A chromatid and its sister are two duplicate copies of DNA attached at a centromere.
The sister chromatid separate during anaphase II in meiosis. During anaphase I homologous chromosomes get separated.

One per each sister chromatid
Chromosomes are composed of two chromatids. Each chromatid is an exact replica of the other, and for this reason they're called sister chromatids. If the chromosome is an "X", then the left side is one chromatid and the right side is the other. Eventually the centromere will split in the middle of the "X" and the sister chromosomes will move towards the polar ends of the cell via kinetochore fibers.
Sister chromatid separation occur in the Anaphase stage

2. A chromatid is basically a chromosome - its just connected to another chromatid via a centromere.

Chromosome need 2 chromatids but a chromatid is only half of a chromosome
Sister chromatids are generated when a single chromosome is replicated into two copies of itself, these copies being called sister chromatids.
This can happen, though it is very rare. If this happens, it would not cause a big change because sister chromatids are supposed to be replicas of each other
"Sister" refers to one female sibling, while "sisters" is the plural form and refers to multiple female siblings.
