there is no difference. ;)
the diffrence is that the still one is like a staute the moving one is like kind of blury.
Photo editing is simply 'touching up' or improving a still image. Animation is combining several still images to create the illusion of movement.
There are multiple differences between GIF images and JPEG images. One main difference is that a GIF may show an animation, while a JPEG is simply one still picture.
On a sheet of clear glass, you may see a very faint image from the top plane and another very faint image from the bottom plane. The majority of the light will pass through the glass. On a mirror, you will see a throughly strong image from the bottom plane. The very faint image reflected from the top plane is still present, but it is washed out by the image from the bottom plane.
One there is not a difference can you still google stuff on both correctly ?
Good levels eg crouching and standing. No movement (a tableau is a 'frozen picture') Still eyes Clear theme Good facial expressions (make them over dramatic) Standing so the audience is able to have a clear view of your face.
The difference is that working hypothesis is that your still working on it but the hypothesis that your not working on it.
An image without any animation is a still image. E.g. JPEG, PNG are always still images because they do not support animations. GIFs can be still or animated.
still image is effective as it helps intensify thatparticular moment
