Generally, a male Bourke's parakeet has a blue forehead and the female lacks the blue coloring. Males are also larger than females.
The best thing to do is to get sex with him/her it is amazing and very helpful to many people in the universe.
When they are babies, it is hard to tell, but in an older bird, I've found that the male has a purplish-blue cere (the top of its beak) and the female has more of a brownish-pink cere.
Female parakeet may be aggressive and sighted the bird as a territory threat or vice-versa. Female birds become anxious if they have eggs

I don't think so. I read that adult female parakeets noses are brown and that adult male parakeets noses are blue. But, young female parakeet's noses are "bluish" and a young male parakeet's nose is pink.
There is no difference.
