There are a few recipes on how to finish it on the internet. Steak Oscar is simply grill steak that is then topped with lump crab meat and covered with Béarnaise Sauce. It's really easy to make, especially if you use a prepared Béarnaise like Knorr.

the is basicly no difference between the 2 in new zealand, where i live, as we have a very high quality of beef and lamb products. but in other countries like America it my be different. The top sirloin steak would just be of a higher quality, so you could use sirloin steak, but there may be a slight difference in the "texture" of the meat. you may need to cook for less time or use more marinade if you are using marinade, ect, to regain some of the juicyness back to the meat. The Porterhouse steak and T-bone steak get often mixed up. Although from almost the same anatomical place of the bovine, the Porterhouse steak consists of the tenderloin muscle which is larger than in the T-bone steak, and a further muscle in the top center of the steak. ------------------------------------------- A Porterhouse is an "over-sized" steak coming from the point where the tenderloin and top loin meet. The porterhouse is thicker cut and has much more of the tenderloin relative to the loin portion than the T-Bone steak. If you remove the bone and cut out the two steaks that basically make up a porterhouse, you will get a tenderloin steak and a top loin steak. You need to be hungry to get through a Porterhouse!
OK, normally there is a correlation between price of steak and quality of steak. In that case, I would try to find a good balance between the two for a well priced good steak as opposed to a cheap crappy piece of sh**. Hope this helped!
