Striped is a type of pattern, and stripped is a verb meaning "to remove".

The teenage boy painted a green and purple striped pattern on one wall, and a black and red striped design on the other wall.

Years later, the new homeowners stripped the former teen's bedroom down to it's original layer of wallpaper.

"Striped" refers to having stripes or lines, such as on a piece of clothing or an animal's fur. "Stripped" refers to having something removed or taken away, such as when a surface is stripped of its paint or when a car is stripped of its parts.
