A tribe is composed of people whose main identity and authority rests upon immediate genealogy relationship. A nation is a composition of people whose identity and authority rests on ideals separate from genealogy and these ideals are recognizable and respected by other large groups of people. A nation is recognized by land boundaries (or over a group of people) governed by a defined authority who have supremacy of all laws. If the defined authority ceases to have supremacy of all laws the nation ceases to exist.
