∙ 16y ago"where have you been" is something a person would ask another person after they have returned from a place unknown to the asker. "where have you gone" is something a person would ask another person while they are in an unknown place and have not yet returned.

Decayed is when the Skin has gone away, and its mainly just the bones. Mummifed is with still some skin, but most of its gone away.
The difference is that "has been" is grammatically correct. "Is been" does not work because "been" refers to the past while "is" refers to the present. "Has been" works because both "has" and "been" agree in tense.
