In fact Jews and Christians are different religion. Jews are the original Israelites i.e successors of Isaac.
Whereas Christians originated after the birth of Jesus. Christians are those who accepted Jesus Christ as their God and Saviour and are vbaptised in his name by holy spirit. Christians exist from AD 0001.
One well known difference of Jews and Christians is Jews do not accept Jesus as son of God and saviour the world from sin unlike Christians. However, this is just one of countless differences between the two religious groups.
