Stress is an individual's physical and mental reaction to environmental demands or pressures.

Stress-related physical illnesses, such as irritable bowel syndrome, heart attacks, and chronic headaches, result from long-term overstimulation of a part of the nervous system that regulates the heart rate, blood pressure, and digestive system. Stress-related emotional illness results from inadequate or inappropriate responses to major changes in one's life situation, such as marriage, completing one's education, the death of a loved one, divorce, becoming a parent, losing a job, or retirement. Psychiatrists sometimes use the term adjustment disorder to describe this type of illness.

i personally believe when you are mentally stressed you experience headaches or migranes, you may also lack the motivation to do things, for example, taking the dog for a walk. The easiest thing to do is to be in a quiet room and take breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth for about 10 minutes, 3 times a day. ↲ physical stress can be caused by over or under exercise, does parts of your body hurt ? Try relaxing in a comfortable position if you over exercise or start off with stretches then progress with harder exercises.
