Girls are all members of the female gender, though sometimes it means only younger ones, and sometimes it can mean immature ones. As long as they are female, they can be called girls.

Lesbians are females who are only sexually/physically attracted to other females. (If they are also attracted to males, they're bisexual.)

A woman is... a woman. A lesbian is a woman, as well, but a homosexual one. All lesbians are women, but not all women are lesbians (which, for those who think the continued existence of humanity is a good thing, is something to be thankful for).
