Currents and thermal gradients aside, salt water is slightly more dense than fresh water, so (at the same depth, for the same temperature) the pressure in salt water will be creater than for fresh water.

The difference in pressure will be (pressure in fresh water) x (density of salt water/density of fresh).

Why is there no horizontal buoyant force on an submerged object?

Because the buoyant force is the result of different pressure at different depths, and there is no difference in pressure horizontally.

How will a person feel liquid pressure as she goes at different depths in a swimming pool?

the deeper she goes there is more weight above her thus greater pressure which results to pain in the eardrums

Is olivine in the mantle?

There is olivine within the mantle, but it typically occurs at shallower depths (less than 400 km) as at greater depths than this the pressure causes olivine to become unstable forming what are known as high pressure poly-morphs! These have the same chemical composition but a different crystal structure.

Why can't the pressure of seawater at different depths generate electricity?

Quite simply, that would violate the First Law of Thermodynamics, or the Second Law of Thermodynamics. The pressure difference is caused by the weight of the water above it, and it is an equilibrium situation.

How much pressure and heat is required for diamond formation?

Natural diamonds are formed deep within the earth's mantle. According to Wikipedia: "These depths are estimated between 140 and 190 km though occasionally diamonds have crystallized at depths about 300 km as well. The rate at which temperature changes with increasing depth into the Earth varies greatly in different parts of the Earth." Read more, below.

Does location matter for the density of water?

Yes. Density is affected by pressure and temperature. So of course, water from a hot spring would have different density than water in colder regions of the world. Also, water from different depths would have different densities.
