Another Viewpoint:

There are a lot of galaxies in the constellation of Hydra.

The distance to the main cluster of galaxies (called Hydra 1) is about 165 million light years.

This cluster of galaxies has a redshift. Remember the redshift only shows the motion directly away from Earth.

The best estimate I have found of how fast it's moving away from Earth is

a speed of 0.0114 times the speed of light.

That can be written as 0.0114 c.

That's quite a bit different from the answer given above.

A constellation, like Hydra, is basically a direction in space. It doesn't make sense to talk about its distance. Anything in that general direction is said to be "in the constellation Hydra".

It's meaningless to talk about the "distance from Earth to Hydra" because Hydra is not a physical object, it's a patch of sky containing many, many stars, all at different distances.
