The best way is to use a search engine and type in their full name. If you know they have a Facebook or Myspace account (or some other type of blog) you can look there and see if they have their address listed. Most people don't list their addresses for just that reason, however -- nobody really wants people showing up at their house without being invited. If you're hunting for an old friend because you just want to try to be friends again, I suggest the Google route and use the online telephone directories.
