My mother died of cancer when I was two. I have no memories of her. I have never felt connected to people. I feel alone and although I love the human race I don't understand people and their wYs of treating eachother. When I became a mom myself I discovered what a mothers love is. I'm thankful to have children but I have always had such an intense fear of losing one of them. I a very isolated person, even among my friends and family I feel different, like I'm on an island. I tried to commit suicide when I was a teenager. I would never do that again because of how it hurt my family. My poor daddy. He's been through enough. If you have a child who has survived the death of her mother, even if she acts like she is okay. She is not. Get her help. A young child can't process it and even a young child somehow feels responsible in the aftermath while everyone else is grieving to act like she is okay.
