Does the 2007 Hyundai Elantra have a power steering pump? How do I check the fluid level? How often should it be replaced? Thanks.

According to Hyundai you should use Hyundai SPIII or use DEXRON III ATF.
The official specification for the power steering fluid is Hyundai PSF-3 fluid. Aftermarket power steering fluid is okay to use in a pinch.
