The absolute location of Fiji is 18 degrees South latitude and 175 degrees East longitude.
More accurately...The precise geographic location of Suva Nausori International Airport, located in Nandi, Fiji, is 18°02´37"S, 178°33´33"E
Or, in modern terms, the precise geographic location of Suva Nausori International Airport is located at exactly 18 02.65 S 178 33.465 E

A set of latitude/longitude coordinates defines a single point on the Earth's surface.
So we know immediately that there's no way a group of islands, or even an entire
single island, or even a whole beach on one side of one island, could be located
exactly at a single set of coordinates.
To illustrate the folly of referring to the "exact latitude and longitude" of an
extended region, consider the Labasa Airport in the interior of Vanua Levu in
Fiji's Northern Division.
The northwest end of the 1,055-meter runway at Labasa is located at
16.46383° south latitude
179.33680° east longitude,
whereas the southeast end of the same runway is located at
16.47171° south latitude
179.34237° east longitude.
If you include only whole numbers ... no decimals, or minutes or seconds ... in
your latitude and longitude, then the numbers only mean "somewhere within
about 140 miles" of the place you asked for.
If you include one decimal place in each number, then the numbers change from
one end of Viti Levu or Vanua Levu to the other, and certainly from any one island
in Fiji to another.
And as you saw in the example above, coordinates that include two decimal places
can both change in the space of barely one kilometer.
So, if you ask for "exact" coordinates, you'll never get them, and you can't trust
anyone who gives you numbers without a disclaimer and says they're exact.
I must say . . . I've enjoyed proof-reading this answer almost as much as I enjoyed
writing it.

Yes there is. The capitol of Fiji which is Suva is a city of interest. So my answer would be yes.============================================Another contributor clarified:You see, when you specify a latitude and a longitude, you've specified a single pointon the earth. No two points on earth both have the same latitude and longitude. Theonly place on earth that has the same latitude and longitude as Fiji has is . . . Fiji.

That point is on the equator (zero latitude) in the western Pacific ocean. -- just east of the Marshall Islands -- about 1,450 miles north-northeast of Suva, the capital of Fiji -- about 1,720 miles southwest of Honolulu -- about 3,390 miles northeast of Sydney, Australia -- about 4,000 miles southeast of Tokyo -- about 4,150 miles southwest of Los Angeles
The Fiji islands are on both sides of the 180th meridian (also Antimeridian). This means some of the islands are at 179°W and other parts are at 179°E longitude. This makes Fiji one of the more interesting locations for map makers. With the exception of Rotuma, the Fiji islands lie between 15° 42′ and 20° 02′ south latitude.
