Sadly... You cant. Only platinum works for Mac but you have to make sure that you buy the Mac version. But they do have Zoo tycoon 2 for Mac. Not an expansion but it is its own individual game. They are all very fun.
Europa Universalis III and various expansion packs are available for the Mac but they do require the Mac to have an Intel processor, to be running Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and meet requirements for graphic chips etc. Older Macs probably will not be able to run it.

Look in the bottom left of the Sims 3 case. Does it say - PC MAC. If it does, it'll run on a PC & a Mac. Same for all the expansion packs!
