The stereo wiring colors for a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant are simple to identify. The radio constant 12v+ wire is red/black, the radio switched 12v+ wire is blue, the ground wire is chassis, the radio illumination wire is green/white, and the dimmer wire is black/yellow. For the front speakers, the left front speaker wire (+) is white/blue, the left front speaker wire (-) is black/blue, the right front speaker wire (+) is white/red, and the right front speaker wire (-) is black/red. For the rear speakers, the left rear speaker wire (+) is yellow/blue, the left rear speaker wire (-) is gray/blue, the right rear speaker wire (+) is yellow/red, and the right rear speaker wire (-) is gray/red.
