Judah's faith was the belief in the lord of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. At some point, they were called Hebrews or the Children of Israel, but those titles described who they were, not what they believed in. The belief was not called Judaism until much later after the diaspora when only the tribes of Judah and Levy were accounted for.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
