Camel meat is chewey and tender, but rough if you over cook it
an egyptian favirote, and a personal delicacy, i recommend trying it.
the onlyproblem is, if you have it off the menu in Egypt, be acreful you know what your asking four, because thay serve camel testicles and eyeballs as well!!

∙ 7y agoCamels eat just about any kind of vegetation that is available, including those with thorns. Camels are herbivores. Although they will undoubtedly dine on the hapless insects that might be sitting on the mouthful of grass they are munching, camels do not hunt actively hunt insects or other animals.
Lions and tigers could kill and eat camels but they live in different ecosystems and meat-eaters are not adapted to surviving in a desert climate. The two-humped Bactrian camel in Mongolia is preyed upon by wolves.
