Iatrophobia is a general fear of doctors. There does not appear to be a scientific term to describe a fear of therapists. However, it is a common fear due to a couple of perceived myths. Please refer to the Related Link below for more information.
This is not a question with an absolute answer, I don't think. Doctors say the only natural fear a baby is born with is a fear of falling, but that is not to say it is the deepest fear a person will ever have. I would offer as a candidate "The Unknown" as potentially the deepest fear humans might have.
