1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 It should also say that on the intake manifold. But often it is hard to see.
Trick Question - There is no Firing ORder since its a Diesel Engine! Ha! Actually the firing order is 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2 for a right hand rotation engine. All engines have a firing order, diesels fire from compression versus spark for gasoline/propane and the like if there's no firing order, the engine will be as useful as a boat anchor.
O.E.M. Firing order is 1 3 7 2 6 5 4 8.
Sounds like to me the firing order is off, or you have your plugs wires backwards. Maybe a carb issue also. Check for a vacuum leak.
We recently bought this boat. Does not want to start. We need to find out how does the firing order works. The 3 carburetor also pours out fuel. I don't know why ? Can somebody just help....?
check out an engine and distributor shop they will get the timing set for you, if you are looking for the firing order i have long since forgotten. once the distributor is set right it is a matter of twisting the cap till your engine runs nice, however you dont want to do this unless you are comfortable with engines
Firing order: Industrial GM 3.0 inline 4: 1
If it is a 2 cycle engine, it has no oil filter. If it is a 4 cycle engine, the filter is located under the engine cover.
Suggest getting a Manual from someplace. Try http://www.boatmotors.com/manuals.html
