There is no such thing as a criminal lawsuit. Criminal prosecutions are brought by the state through the appropriate prosecution, and are not called lawsuits. Lawsuits are civil suits, that are, by definition, not criminal.
I just opened an unlimited civil lawsuit. I've been told to file a complaint what is the next thing I do after the complaint to get to court to present my case?
Slavery
Actually, the answer may be yes! The thing that first started the civil war was the attack on Fort Sumter. There were no casualties except for a Confederate horse! Considering the facts, in my opinion, the answer is yes, the first thing that died in the Civil War was a horse.
The best thing to do is do a search online for the county clerks office for your county and state. * Florida State Courts http://www.flcourts.org
You can do a couple of things. First, you can file a civil lawsuit against them. Sometimes you will get your money and sometimes you wont. Another thing you can do is check your policy or call your insurance company and see if you have uninsured coverage. If you do, you can get your own insurance to cover the damages.
a lawsuit
ANYBODY can be subject to both criminal prosecution and civil lawsuit. Check Mr. O. J. Simpson, one of the leading moneymakers for Court TV since it began. If it had not been for both the criminal and civil trials arrising out of the some sort of event: the alleged killing of his former(?) wife and her friend, both the production company and the broadcasting company would have earned a lot less money that year. Shareholders and traders like murder, maham and really vile human behavior. It's good for the entertainment businss. See: XXXXXX Why would you bother with a particular person? ANYBODY can be subject to BOTH criminal procecution and civil lawsuit(s) and in just about any state. Not just California, which has good production value, however. (Another thing about California, there is a lot of loose behavior which rises to both criminal and civil litigation, thereby, making content for production companies. Californians are not known for their forbearnance with the lawsuit, it appears.)
Best thing to do is probably to contact an attorney for legal advice for your next steps to follow.
Fort Sumter was the first battle of the civil war. There were fires, but the only thing that died was a horse. No one from the Union or Confederate died.
