Drafts, heat loss and the number of chilly feet.
Heat is molecular vibration and can be transfer through eonduction, convection and radiation. Different object had different heat capacity and conduction. We human sense if it is hot or cold from whether we gain or loss heat. In a cold room, walking on cold carpet is still warm because we do not loss much heat to carpet but if we walk on stone or concrete, we loss heat rapidly and we feel it is cloder than carpet even it is at the same temperature.
Once the heat has been turned off the kettle, it will begin to lose heat. The rate of heat loss depends on the thickness of the kettle's walls, the amount of boiling water that was in the kettle before the heat was turned off, and the temperature of the room the kettle is stood in. When tea is traditionally brewed in teapots, a woolly knitted cover (known as a cosy - in the UK) was placed over the teapot to slow down the rate of heat loss.
No, leaving the door of a refrigerator open will not cool a room, but will actually make the room hotter. A refrigerator cools its own interior by pumping heat to the heat exchange coils in the back (some models do not have exposed heat exchange coils, but the sides or back of the refrigerator have coils just underneath them, and they get hot). Those heat exchange coils pump heat into the room. Since the process is not 100% efficient, the amount of heat produced includes a certain amount of waste heat. As a result, pumping heat from one part of the room to another part of the room results in a net increase in heat.

If a room is extremely well insulated and the wattage of the bulb is greater that the wattage heat loss then, yes a light bulb can heat up a room. The time that it takes to heat up a room would be considerable.
Drafts, heat loss and the number of chilly feet.
Unanswerable - you need to know the heat loss rate, and that will not be zero
Even if the thermostat is in another room, you are releasing some heat out that open window. This means that the furnace (or boiler) will have to run longer to make up for that loss of heat, and the room in which the thermostat is located will take longer to come up to the set point of the thermostat. The HVAC Veteran

Not completely, but it does help tremendously. If you don't mind the ugly look it'll give your house/apartment go ahead and give it a shot. Remember, shiny side out. If not you can go to Lowes
It is the ratio of room sensible heat to the total heat.
Mammals maintain a set body temperature (except during hibernation). The heat flux in the cooler room would be higher. To maintain the body tempperature with the higher heat flix, the consumption of calories would be higher and the respiration higher to maintain the conversion of food to CO2. The following would have to be included in the calculation to quantify heat flux: * Radiant energy losses * Convective heat loss * Evaporative heat loss * Heat loss to breathing, feces and urine * Changes in insulation (fluffing of fur in the two cases) Consideration would also have to be made for changes in room temperature or room temperature control including air movement.

Brighter the room colour required lesser electrical lighting and less heat would absorb and loss through wall. Choice of colour usually white and yellow tone.

The sweat is evaporating. Evaporation requires energy - heat. That energy is removed from the surface of your skin, and you feel the loss of energy as cold.
