If it is a car hauled, yes. A 1990 Ford F-150 SuperCab short box has a wheelbase roughly 11.5 feet long and the overall length is about 18.25 feet A 1990 Ford F-150 SuperCab long box has a wheelbase roughly 12.9 feet long and the overall length out 19.6 feet. It will hang off, but can be hauled.
