I have model number 60003816 and I run 3oz of oil to 1 galion of gas. Works good but I'm not positive that's what is recommended.
The manual for that chainsaw requires a 20:1 mixture of non-McCulloch two-cycle oil. That is 6.4 oz. per gallon of unleaded gasoline regardless of what it says on the oil container.
The proper mixture is 40:1 or 3.2 oz oil to 1 US Gallon of gas.
If you will type, "Mcculloch MS40A Parts" in a search engine you will find many online sources for parts for this saw.
Ask at your local lawnmower store.

what is the fuel/oil mixture for a stil chainsaw model 1629
You won't go far wrong using a 40/1 mixture and adjusting if you need to.
The correct mixture is 32:1 with the McCulloch oil. However, the mixture used can be as lean as 50:1 with a high quality 50:1 oil. The oil itself is more important than the recommended mix. Oils have improved dramatically in the last 10 years and if an oil claims it will provide adequate lubrication at 50 to 1 than its fine. use synthetic if possible.
Use a 7/32" file. Maintain the current degree angle and be sure to also flat file your rakers. A file guide would probably help you qutie a bit. http://store.chainsawr.com/
