Lift pump pressure is in the 10-15 psi range. Injection pressure is upwards of 15,000.
I have never heard of a fuel actuator or sensor on a 24V Cummins.
The regulator is part of the pump module in the fuel tank on a 1999 Dodge Dakota.
If you mean the fuel pressure regulator, it's connected to the fuel pump inside of the tank.
It's located on the driver's side of the engine about 3/4 back from the radiator.
In the fuel tank.
No
It is inside the fuel tank.
The fuel pressure range for a 99 Astro van is between 40 and 45 psi. The fuel pressure regulator is located at the back of the motor.
