Fuel pump running, engine off, 60 to 66 psi.

You probably have a plugged fuel filter. See if you can put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel supply line at the engine and check your fuel pressure. It could also be a fuel pressure regulator
It means to check the fuel system fuel filter fuel pressure O2 sensor(s)
Your fuel pressure drop could be do to a clogged filter, pinched line/hose, or a weak fuel pump. You should have around 35 psi at idle and 43 off idle. I hope this helps answer your question.
Straight out of the FSM :at idlewith vac - 34 psiwithout- 43 psi
43 PSI with engine at Idle with Fuel Regulator vacuum line disconnected and plugged.
41 to 47 psi
knock sensor
running 26-35 off 37-43 and it dont matter if its a dohc or ohv.the pressure is the same.
The stock fuel pressure for a 1997 Mitsubishi GST is 38 psi. Stock injectors are rated at 43 PSI but anything lower should lead to have the fueling system of the car inspected.
NO IT IS NOT, It must have 55 to 62 LBS. NO LOWER ARE HIGHER are it won't run.
