The full form of OMR is Optical Mark Recognition.

Omr Sheet is the data base of candidates personal information like candidates name, Fathers name, Date of birth, Roll number, Mobile number, email address, religion, address & other information are to be filled by the candidate by blue / Black ball pen or HB pencil.

Apart from all these information signature of candidate, thumb impression, photo is taken on the sheet so that admit card may be generated.

Thumb impression is use full for biometric entrance in examination hall or for physical verification in physical test.

In case of answer sheet, in addition to the above information, number questions in multiple choice, are given on the Omr Sheet.

If, the Omr sheet is designed for marketing survey, then the questionnaire set may be given on the Omr sheet.
