This information can be found in your owner's manual. If you don't have one, you can order one from a dealer. You may also find one at a salvage yard. No#27 is a fuse that disable's the power windows.... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the power distribution box in the engine compartment - WHICH IS LIVE - DISCONNECT YOUR battery cables - there is a 30 amp fuse for the power windows/power locks/and power seats. It is located in the 2nd row from the driver's side front fender, and in the 3rd space from the firewall end of the PD BOX.
