According to the 1996 Ford F-150 owners manual : The rear gas tank size is ( 69 liters / 18.2 U.S. gallons )
According to the 2004 Ford F-150 owners manual : The SuperCrew tank size is ( 113.6 litres / 30 U.S. gallons )
If im not mistaken that is an optional 20 or 40 gallon tank.
