I would say that God has many sons, however God speaks mostly about his firstborn son - an entire nation of people. God's firstborn son, are the descendants Abraham, through his son Isaac and his son Yacob, whose name was changed to Israel. His descendants became known as the Israelites - God's firstborn son. Proof of this is found in the book of Exodus. When God spoke to Moses, he referred to the Israelites as his firstborn son: "Again God said to Moses "Now that you are going back to Egypt, be sure to perform before Pharaoh all the miracles which I have given you the power to do. But I will make Pharaoh stubborn and he will not let the people go. Then you must tell him that I God, say 'Israel is my firstborn son. I told you to let my son go, so that he might worship me, but you refused. Now I am going to kill your firstborn son." (Exodus 4:21-23).

The Reubenites are the descendants of Jacob's [Israel's] firstborn son, Reuben."These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar..." (I Chron.2:1).
Yes. Webensenu, son of Amenhotep II, the alleged Exodus pharaoh. It was once thought that Ramesses II, and his firstborn died. However, his son died long after the alleged Exodus date of 1260 BC. Thus, our only candidates for the Exodus prince who died is either Webensenu, son of Amenhotep, or Amenemhat, son of Thutmose III. Thus, your question is answered. The firstborn of pharaoh was killed in the final plague: The Plague of Death over the Firstborn. Every firstborn, including the crown prince, was killed by the Angel of Death.
The Israelite firstborn were spared by God (Exodus ch.11-12). Only the Egyptian firstborn were smitten by God's plague (ibid). See also:The Exodus
